Character Information

Summary

Terra's official position is an executive security specialist, or bodyguard. She is tech savvy and can provide both Matrix and meat protection.

As a Seraphim field operative she usually stands in the back with the non combatants. She is frequently paired with Deckers to serve as support and security. Security is actually the operative word here. While the Corp has invested time and resources in her, she is nowhere near as valuable as the Matrix jockeys that she guards. That doesn't mean she is a pushover, but she's not as tough as many of her more combat oriented teammates.

She has a reputation for success. She takes her duties very seriously on the job. This has earned her quite a bit of respect among the higher and more senior members of CATCo.

Goals

Acquire a new deck. Her old Ares Echo Unlimited took a .308 round from a Desert Strike on her last job. Saved her life, but ruined her deck. She currently has one that is subpar.

Acquire more gear in general. She has burned all of her face SINs, her old lifestyles, and lost most of her gear.

Her neglected marksmanship skills need touching up. As does her cardio. Too much reliance on Corp assets has made her a bit lazy.

She needs to develop a web of contacts in Seattle. Montreal is far away and support can't come quickly.

Bad Rep

Terra earned infamy among Shadowrunners and mercenaries due to the events of a past job in Seattle. It's taboo to betray your fellow Runners, but for CATCo she did just that. She turned her gun on a Runner that had worked a job that leaked valuable information, and resulted in several million Nuyen of destruction from a site in Northern Quebec. On the surface many people think it was your typical Corp hit, but in reality the job was more personal. Her best friend, another Seraphim named Taki, was killed in the chaos that had resulted from that job. She is blacklisted from that Runner Haven, and currently runs job on Shadowhaven to try and build her reputation back up.

Background

Terra is a CATCo Corporate SINner from Quebec. She serves as a member of the CATCo Seraphim. The Seraphim are world renown as some of the very best operators in the world, and she certainly lives up to the name.

She was born to parents in middle management. The life seemed boring to her, so she trained and trained in her teen years to try and secure a spot in the security division. She eventually earned more than that. Today she operates in the field, often internationally. Her last assignment was in Seattle.

For her service she has earned multiple awards from the Government. The biggest being the Ordre National de la Légion D'Honneur, of the Chevalier class. This is a point of pride for her.

Her time in Seattle has been tumultuous so far. CATCo sent her here for a job taking out a Shadowrunner. In the course of that task, she lost her Deck, 2 Fake SINs, and most of her gear. She has scraped up enough to keep going, but for now her superiors have tasked her with staying put and integrating back into a Shadowrunner circle. The gracious mods on Shadowhaven reviewed her case and allowed her access to the network. This came with a warning however. Runner on Runner violence, especially on behalf of a Corp, will not be tolerated on Shadowhaven. She agreed to these terms.
