Background
Spectre was born poor and destitute in the barrens of Redmond. She barely survived for much of her childhood, losing her parents very early on. She struggled on until one winter she ended up losing her hands and feet due to particularly extreme weather. This stress forcibly awakened her and she summoned a fire spirit to keep her warm and crawled to a nearby awakened street doc. Seeing the predicament she was in and the obvious magical prowess at such a young age he proposed a deal, new hands and feet for her becoming his assistant. She worked off her debt and continued on, now with a powerful if distant street doc contact. She went on to do other work after getting a fixer after searching around for a bit after paying off her debt. Now after surviving the crucible she has become quite capable in her abilities, swiftly becoming a prime runner despite her age.
Narrative Significant Qualities
Sensei: The street doc that Spectre started working for taught her much of what she knows about magic and is still willing to teach her a thing or two in return for occasional favors.
Impassive: Due to Spectre's past she has developed the type of 1000 yard stare that only soldiers, whores, and orphans end up developing.
Disheveled: Spectre has never been taught to keep her clothes properly tidy and thus usually is in a state of perpetual mess.
