Character Information

Summary

Shivers, known as William or Will to his friends, is a Gnome that originated from the city of London. He was born into riches, and tries his best to stay at the highest echelon as he can— which is why he took up running when his parents were eventually jailed for tax evasion. He's been in the game a long time now, broaching two decade's worth of P.I investigation and hard-earned running cred. His time in London has "dried up", though...once he heard a spot opened up for P.Is in Seattle, he moved to Bellevue and began his life in the ShadowHaven.

Goals

Shivers is a man of little ambition. He only really cares for money, and maybe the occasional dame to share said money with. With this, his end goals are rather simple.

Get rich enough to sustain a luxurious lifestyle. As a Gnome, he feels he needs a luxurious lifestyle in order to not live in misery. He constantly hires drivers, chefs, and tailors to cater to his specific needs as someone so little. Because of this, he aims for good runs with heavy pay to make sure he doesn't need to witness such a horrid idea as "budgeting". At least it keeps his employees well paid.

Create or join a detective agency. He knows the value in teamwork, especially in his line of work between running and private investigation. He originally worked in one at London, before he was fired for reasons he's not ready to admit. He believes that in order to find the best runs, he'll need to join a detective agency— he also won't admit it's an excuse to have friends.
