Description
An underground warehousing area and safe haven for infected in Puyallup. The underground community is patrolled and watched by S3I. They were targeted for attack by the Compulsory Execution Unit in 2084, and successfully defended against. Harboring 250 members of different types of infected, this community is closed to outsides unless vetted or brought in for work by the leadership team. Loum is also connected to two minor locations, their NE and SW minor satellite communities, one near the border of auburn, and another near the tri city area of Fort Lewis, Puyallup, and the SSC. However, they are isolationist in nature, and typically don't do much but trade with the other colonies.
