In the month of October, 2085, a small group of smugglers led by a man named Gram found something odd in an abandoned apartment complex over in Puyallup thanks to the help of runners they hired to investigate some strange goings-on. And Gram, the leader of this small time crew, has been thinking about it ever since. A strange laboratory, a man bringing back the dead to serve him and even to pretend to be his wife, all make him wonder what would make it all worth it. He had it watched over by a few of the crew just in case someone stumbled inside and got mowed down by the electronics, but even as he watches over it and tells others how poor of a place it is, he can't help but think about what might be down there.
And then, the crew reported hearing some electric humming from down there.
...it was too good of an opportunity to skip, wasn't it?
