Summary

The death of a friend, and the mystery behind it, can drive anyone to rage and hatred. Emotions boil over, insults are spewed, and at some point bullets fly. So it was today.

Background

After an incident left the Shadowhaven down one member - Asura - and the subsequent questions that followed her apparent demise went unanswered, several people were left in anguish. Despite her roughness and blunt attitude, her violence and rudeness at times, Asura was a friend to many. Many were shocked when they heard the news. Some started initial searches, others mourned, others still harassed the members of the party that went into...wherever the hell hole Asura died down with her.

One such member of the final group was Fennec, in disbelief that someone she could finally be honest with who was essentially a walking tank would just fall like that. Given the sketchy nature of the job and the members involved, she was not satisfied with simply sitting back and letting bygones be bygones. And so, she took to contacting Intercession to find some means to learn the information. Talking, then threatening his comrade Lace Monitor saying she would kidnap her for the information, a mass of insults thrown his way. And Intercession, under orders not to share by his handlers and the higher-ranking members of MCT who ordered the original job, barely gave Fennec anything, much less anything that was actually tangible.

This led to...escalations. Insults became more severe, more scathing. And eventually, an address was thrown out.

This was never going to end well.
