Summary
Goals
Stay alive long enough to find herself and CirCe a place in the world.
Background
Diana was born a few years before the Comet went through, and lived a pretty normal life up til then, but after, everything kinda changed. She was among the first to exhibit SURGE traits, a fact that brought her to the attention of Novatech, who... encouraged her parents to let them take her to a secure facility for research. With the large number of corpsec with guns they'd brought, there wasn't much argument from them.
There, she was put through a rather rigorous training regimen, designed to test the limits of her body, to see if sufferers of SURGE would make for possibly improved soldiers if a way could be found to force the change. She did rather well, managing to survive until adulthood, though she grew mistrusting of people during her imprisonment. She managed to escape in early '76, after disarming one of her guards, forcing him at gunpoint to let her through security, and then making a break for it. After numerous close calls, narrow escapes, and brushes with death, she managed to find her way to Seattle. It was there, begging for food outside a bar, that a couple of Trogs decided to pick on the freak. In the midst of the fight, however, she managed to find the one bright spot in the writhing mass of Metahumanity, and it just so happened that she had an eye for quality. Jinx took her in and gave her a home, and a fellow SURGE roommate to hopefully temper her innate distrust for strangers.
It was a rough first year, but gradually Diana and CirCe bonded, and are now nigh inseparable.

Matrix Persona
Diana's matrix persona is a tall, powerful looking human woman, with a faint golden lustre on her tanned skin. Her long black hair falls to her waist in an elegant braid. On her neck, there is a bright white tattoo of a howling wolf. She is wearing is a simple white shift under an elaborately decorated roman chestplate made of silver, a elaborate black bow slung over her shoulder, and a silver tiara nestled in her hair. No matter where she is, she gives the impression that she is standing in a forest glade, being lit by a full moon.
It's a persona that suggests she either paid a lot of money to have it designed, or had it made by a skillful decker
