A first glance at Frank Evans usually doesn't warrant a second glance. His grotesque facial deformaties have made social grace difficult. Save only his art professor mother who lovingly referred to him as 'her little Picasso'. A mother's love unfortunately doesn't pay the bills, and when polite society won't hire you for fear you'll scare off the customers, other opportunities were sought out.
Now Picasso runs in the shadows, using his bulk to protect his new comrades.
His only rules: 1) No art theft, unless it is to steal it back. 2) His mum never finds out about his real work.
