Background

In her early years Amelia only knew her mother, her mother had a tendency to act like judge jury and executioner when it came to Amelia, so whenever Amelia acted out against her mother's ideal, or didn't meet expectations she was punished for it, this did result in Amelia becoming proficient in her gift of magic, along with a disdain developing towards her mother.

During her early teens she however defected from her mother's way, the classic rebellious phase you could call it, but it did result in her finally meeting her father, her father wasn't that great of a person in most people's perspective, but for Amelia he was still ten times better than her mother, she learned how to handle all kinds of long-arms, but this was also not the only secret she had learned because of their meeting, the other was the existence of her half-brother, from her father's second marriage.

Her half-brother was something of an annoyance at first, his tendency to compete with Amelia was by all means encroaching on obsessive, but the moment where it just was obsessive was after his interference with a run, this little stunt however had more consequences than expected, as such Amelia had to move away from her father.

The last years haven't been kind on her, Amelia has been just scrapping by, barely meeting end meets while living an already lower than low standard of living, but lucky she isn't on the street yet.

Focused Concentration (5): Through Alice's training with her mother she has gained a rather precise control over her magic, resulting in her ability too sustain decently powered spells without strain.

Prank Warrior: Her half-brother has a tendency to mess with her whenever the opportunity presents itself, this is probably due to an obsessiveness with being seen as better and less trouble than the first child.
