Character Information

Background

Born into the Secuoya family, a very wealthy and influential lineage that have been strong investors and had strong ties with Shiawase, Danica would prove to be a black sheep in the family due to her body contracting at a young age a deadly degenerative disorder, causing her body to slowly deteriorate and decay, rotting in life in a very slow and painful manner. Her parents however unhappy with the hand fate had given them and determinant on saving who was so far their only heir decided to gather a great sum of their funds and pulled as many strings as they could in order to undertake the dangerous procedure of turning their young and agonizing daughter into a CCU.

Danica lived normal teen years, with her body being easily capable of passingby as yet another normal human, during this period she assisted a special college for Corporate families in order to harness the potential of the kids for their families. Danica showed a great interest and knowledge in cybertechnology, feeling as if the metal was something that could easily be harnessed and controlled. She wasn't very popular, potentially due to her growing more distant from the class for no apparent reason other than wishing to be alone. Danica soon began to see small imperfections in others, small disproportions, weaker performance, they seemed much more needy and in a way that bothered her, she wished they could be like her, after all she had suffered so much that her new body seemed like not only respite but also freedom from her illneses.

In order to conceal her nature as she grew up she had small modifications done to her shell, nothing out of the ordinary other than making her seem older slowly until she learned she could improve her already marvelous body to new potentials. The evidence was clear as she outperformed nearly all students in physical activities and given her great mental prowess she also excelled in college but this only alienated her further from others yet she did not seem to notice nor care about this fact.

She modified her body beyond what was supposed to be just a lifesupport system, slowly she used her parents funds to integrate new parts into her body, becoming better after every upgrade but it just never seemed enough to Danica, no task seemed challenging to her, no one truly opposed her in the crystal palace that was her home and thus she decided she'd help their parents in a different way than they had planned...

On the years to come Danica expressed an interest on joining a different side of Shiawase than what her parents planned. The enforcers of Shiawase required more muscle and Danica, eager to test her luck by using her new body decided she'd attempt to do jobs for Shiawase. Despite their parents protest most of HR approved of this and allowed Danica to be used as an enforcer in dire cases. She eventually grew tired of her old shell, only reminding of her imperfections and utterly destroyed it with her new body provided by Shiawase, sporting deadly weaponry which she quickly grew used to.

Time after the time she proved to be a valuable albeit bloody and slightly unstable asset for Shiawase. Despite serving the corporation her psycholgists noted how gravely her psyche corrupted, essentially hardly resembling her youthful self, growing bitter and distant of humankind as a whole but the fruits of her work were all too sweet for her parents to ignore and with a broken heart accepted their daughter and Shiawase's machine of slaughter and brutality.
