Summary
Once, he was Killian “Floram” Flores, an ambitious desk worker and black ops magician for Aztechnology. Driven by a ruthless desire for power, he excelled at his work, constantly climbing the corporate ladder. Yet, his ambitions led him to a shady initiation group, promising ascension through a dangerous ritual. They sought to expand their power by embracing something dark and infectious, something that would irrevocably change them.
Yet their ambitions had led them astray.
Killian awoke deep in the wilderness, with no memory of how he got there—only haunted flashes of the botched ceremony and glimpses of serpentine figures in the shadows. He wandered through the cold, tangled woods for days, lost and broken. Somewhere in the heart of that forest, something ancient and inhuman found him. When he emerged, he was no longer the man he once was.
Now calling himself Mnemosyne, he returned to the city—a different man with no memory of his former life. On his finger, a wedding band, and in his heart a desire and lust for things like high fashion and gold. He became obsessed with wealth, power, and luxury, valuing appearance over humanity. But beneath his newfound elegance was a mystery: Mnemosyne had forged a bond, a pact, with Inle Beoulve — a spirit who now held Mnemosyne's soul in their hands. Yet, he felt no qualm over this arrangement. Inle had now shared his magic and life. The two were linked in a twisted symbiosis, with Mnemosyne posing as Inle’s husband while their connection steadily ate away at the fragments of Killian’s old identity.
His only anchor in this strange new existence is his animal familiar—a great serpent he calls "his pookie pookums Mr Sassy Snakums the 3rd" which coils around him both figuratively and literally, always at his side. Mnemosyne cares for the creature more than any person, often speaking to it in whispers, as if it holds the missing pieces of his lost past. Despite the corporate world labeling him a bastard (And also firing him), there are fleeting moments where a hint of humanity glimmers through—suggesting that somewhere, deep beneath the scales and luxury, a piece of Killian and his heart might still remain.
Now, Killian lives a life of luxury and lust, attached by the hip to his betrothed fae, as well as working in the dark as a shadowrunner. The corporate circles he left tell strange tales of an ouroboric mage who gave up a corporate life to die in the woods.

Dream Pact
The sealing of Mnemosyne's fate took place not in a boardroom or ritual chamber, but deep in the wilderness under a sky riddled with stars. Inle Beoulve found Killian when the man was at his lowest, wandering broken in the woods. Something in that moment, in the way their paths crossed, sparked a powerful desire within Inle.
The pact between them wasn’t forged with incantations or written contracts. It was sealed with a gaze—deep, endless, and inescapable. When Mnemosyne looked into Inle’s eyes, now red and serpentine. It felt as though his entire being had unraveled; His memories, ambitions, fears, and desires poured into those dark, hungry eyes. Inle peered into Mnemosyne’s soul just as Mnemosyne stared into Inle’s. It was a silent hypnosis—a permanent trance that bound them both. From that moment onward, Mnemosyne belonged to Inle just as Inle became part of Mnemosyne.
To finalize the pact, both spirit and man leaned in and drank from each other’s necks. The moment Mnemosyne tasted Inle’s essence, it was as if a foreign magic filled him, erasing the last remnants of his old self. His humanity was left in tatters, replaced with an insatiable hunger for knowledge, beauty, and power. Inle’s essence, coursing through his veins, made him something else—something that straddled the line between mortal and spirit.
