My heroes were masters of the stage, and they looked like rock gods to me, from the front row. But the real juice was the persona, the lyrics, the drek they got up to on shadowruns - they'd melt our fuckin' faces with songs of rebellion, freedom, and life on the edge! The image of a take-no-shit outsider who gave a loud and proud FUCK YOU to the people in charge of makin' our lives as shit as possible? How could I not become obsessed? | |||
