Common Sense	Riot's Common Sense comes in the form of Hotaru whispering aid to her, to keep her on her path.
The Path	Hotaru is obsessed with The Path. Whatever that means.
Divination	Hotaru can perform Divination per the metamagic. But he won't. At least not until Riot initiates and picks it up herself. After that point thematically, all of Riot's divinations will be coming from Hotaru.
