Overview

Black Cat showed up in the Barrens six months ago with an expansive list of contacts, a nest egg of nuyen, and a drive to build a business. Setting up shop in an old abandoned mechanic's shop, he's spent his time since resurfacing reestablishing his black market connections, and slowly building a crew of ex-gangers from a wide variety of minor and failed gangs.
