Overview
Rodger is a smooth talker from the Confederated American States. He started out as a small time con-man before going into politics, where his old contacts helped him get a leg up on the competition. Now after his Senate terms are done, he's used his connections and knowledge to work as a fixer in the shadows with something of a political edge.
