Overview
Presumably the spawn of some collapsed weapon development project, High Calibre is an AI who can tell you about guns, how they work, and how to use them effectively. They sporadically sell their services/access to their ballistic database on the shadier side of the Matrix. When contacted about that one form of weapon they've based their whole existence around, they are somewhat overbearing and talkative.

| Hollistic Ballistics | H.C.'s pride and joy is a series of sophisticated combat simulation models, and they spend most of their time tinkering away on them. They can be convinced to share these models and provide instruction/advice, typically in exchange for access to rarer guns and ballistic data.
