Overview
Tom is a Wafflehouse worker out of Tacoma, well a manager working the nightshift. He acts as a middleman for various people needing jobs done. Former Ex-con and trying to keep his nose somewhat clean. Works with his muscle/line cook Jerry every night they are together.
