Hound-Eat-Hound World is a metaplot surrounding the underground dog trafficking ring in Redmond. A currently-unknown individual has supplied local gangs and dog fighting syndicates with RadHounds, a special type of dog paracritter created by injecting a specific rabies virus into an otherwise normal dog. After the radiation storms in Redmond, the amount of stray and kidnapped dogs skyrocketed, causing the issue to come to light through Sticks. The parties are tasked with uncovering who this person is, and why they they've decided to do this (if not only for profit).
