Jeremiah Finch is a kind, soft little dwarven man. He's very patient, understanding, and an absolutely insane taxi driver. Working for a small time corporation named Terror Taxi Takers-a reckless service meant to give fast, easy rides to people in the less savory parts of Seattle. Jeremiah Finch has been a long time driver for these people, and he's a little kinda sorta insane about it. He's not a bad guy, not in the slightest-residents of Redmond are probably familiar with him just after being on the road with him. He's often kind to the younger kids and those who have been in the area for a while. And hey! He's always willing to take you where you need to go!
