Overview
Clark Jamis was formerly an Undersecretary at the Department of Business in the Seattle Cabinet. He was a sly political operator who balanced the interests of government, politicos, megacorps, the criminal underworld and anyone else with business interests and enough Nuyen.
Retiring to enjoy a quiet life with his family at his Estate in Snohomish, it wasn't long before boredom led him to becoming a Fixer, acting as a middle-man for his contacts in an extensive black book built over his time in office.
Relationship with Yang: Yang entered the acquaintance of Clark Jamis during one of his opposition research ops in Seattle while he was still in office. Since that first meeting, the exchange of information and favours became a fixture of their working relationship.
