Overview
If you need someone to talk and have no conscious, you bring them to victor.
Not much is known about Victor, other than he is good at what he do. Even though he will never tell you what goes on behind those doors everyone know it is not pleasant.For Whoever enter those doors never leave, and those few that do can never remember their experience but is forever changed by it. They say sometimes when the night is quiet and the breeze stills you can hear muffled screaming coming from Victor's sound proof office.
Victor "office" is located in Redmond. Deep in a dingy alleyway that litter the city, lies an iron door only tittle Victor's on the front. Entering the door leads you to a small 15x15 foot room with small holes littering the wall and a distance smell of iron. On the opposite side of the room is another singular rusted metal door with a slit. Here victor will ask you to pay and leave his "client" in the room before asking you to leave, nicely.
Personal life
Victor is an elf with no discernible features. He is the the type of metahuman who blend in the crowd who you wouldn't think twice on. This is all intentional so that he may hide himself from people finding out about his true sick desire of a sadist. He enjoy physiologically torturing yet despise but not oppose to more traditional torture as it usually get messy.
Special
Player can bring client to Victor for him to interrogate. The client must be brought to Victor's office bonded. The interrogation normally take 3 hour to complete and cost 3000 nuyen, after the interrogation the client will be killed, players may pay 3000 extra for the client to be spare.
If a client is spared they will have no recollection of ever being in victor's office. Furthermore the client shows no sign of marks, scar or having anything physical dealt to their body.
