Timothy "Squeals" McPhillips got his name from his habit of making his taxi as loud as possible, tires screeching and engine growling. Using his cheerful personality and propensity for dirty tricks, he quickly became president of the Seattle Taxi Union. He likes to drive runners especially due to their oft-entertaining stories.
