Today is Blackhawk's Birthday! Feeling the ennui from being without plans, his mundane day is catching him off guard. He gets a ring on his commlink asking for help to get booze for a bar without any dark stuff this long evening.

Bellerophon personally calls Blackhawk to get some booze and bring it to a bar, where he would then be paid. Blackhawk accepts and heads off to get some liqour.
