Felicius is the what remains of someone's mind. In the Boston lockdown this poor woman was hunted by the CFD zombies and infected and in her rage and a quirk of fate converted the nanites in her own body. Distributing her awareness among millions of souls into an AI like being with a physical body. Felicius is smart, highly capable and very dangerous to those she hunts. Felicius when finding a place to gather her "mind" as it were. Generally its a large device like a vehicle or cyberdeck. Modifying them at will overtime to her needs or simply devouring them for mass or energy. Felicius is hunting Monads, seeking to destroy the nanites inside them that stole the lives of the people before. Though in request for information on other Monads, or just access to other vehicles she will often do jobs.
