Summary
The fledgling runner band 'Whiplash' got high, committed corporate espionage, and started a riot.
Background
The a small park in touristville became the site of a bloody shootout when members of the Cutters and Ancients gangs clashed in the area. While not unusual for Redmond, what was unusual about the incident was the amount of interest the triple-A corporation Saeder Krupp took in the immediate aftermath. Saeder Krupp's security was quick to move in and secure the park, locking down the location as they began a lengthy investigation into... something unknown.
