Overview
Jimmy "The Ghoul" Cheng is a common fixture in the Tacoma underworld, while a member of the Triads he is also been known as a point of contact between all the large crime families and various organized crime syndicates. The most obvious thing about Jimmy is the fact that he is a ghoul, a situation no one knows when or how it came to be. Ever since he arrived on the scene he has been worming his way into every bar and gin joint in the city.
