Overview
Traditionally, practitioners of Black Magic don’t like to share what they know, and they especially don’t like to advertise it if they do. A notable exception is Juliette Burma. She’s based out of Manhattan, and a few years ago she put up a post on the Matrix saying she was looking for students. While most Black Mages are wary of those who advertise their commitment to the Black Arts, Juliette seems to have gathered quite a cadre of fairly competent mages. That is either very stupid for her or very dangerous for Manhattan. (credit: Forbidden Arcana page 61).
