Goals
Obtain friends to help stay warm, stay out of the snow, get all the big guns.
Background
Kobl was born in Oakland, California in 2049, before Crash 2.0, and all the unpleasantness that came about from the California occupation. She fought with various resistance groups, first with the October 25th Alliance, and then the Metahuman Peoples' Army, who she still maintains ties to. During one of the largest battles of the resistance, magic use was rampant enough that it created a manastorm, and by the time the storm had finished, she'd SURGE'd, losing nearly 2 feet of height, and coming out the other side looking like a tiny kobold. She still maintained her preference for the biggest guns she could get her hands on, but now she had to work harder to get taken seriously.
