Overview
Presumably the spawn of some collapsed weapon development project, High Calibre is an AI who can tell you about guns, how/why/when they work, and how to use them more effectively. They sporadically sell their services on the the Matrix to fundcsome, presumably gun related, stuff. When contacted about that one form of weapon they've based their whole existence around, they are somewhat overbearing and talkative.

They can be convinced to share these models and provide instruction/advice, typically in exchange for access to rarer guns and ballistic/combat data. Notably, this has led to a small cohort of "students" forming. |
