Overview

Tiffany is a strange sort once you get to know her. On the surface level this attractive dark skinned woman looks as though she could be an actress for the largest simsense studios in Cal Free. But once you get to know her you realize how chilly and pragmatic the woman can be. There is only one thing you can ever pay her in, nuyen, she will accept no other substitute. However, this woman seems to be able to track down and acquire some of the hardest to find drek on the black market.

Just remember a few simple rules when dealing with Ms Biliquis:

Never, *ever,* stand her up.

If the lady asks to dance, you dance, or else you might find your requested gear with more sequence and ARO glitter bombs then you might have intended or desired.

Never have what she is having.

Always compliment the lady on her hairdo, which changes every time the runners meet with her.
