Overview
Despite several generations passing Richard's family can never seem to lose the posh English accent. A source of amusement to others, and frustration to himself. Growing up in Redmond as a Dwarven Adept it just seemed natural to him to join The Red Hot Nukes. Despite him passing the initiation he is not often asked to repeat the event, instead being given charge of the gang's local business Ground Zero, a weapons dealership. He is also occasionally called to help mediate disputes and act as a face for the gang in negotiations.

Ground Zero is a large business run by The Red Hot Nukes, and Richard Charleston is the current proprietor.
They sells Automatics and Pistol, as well as Demolitions if you know who to ask. They also provide repair and modifications services.
As long as you are not on the gang's shit list they aren't that fussed who they sell to.
No special rules. Despite being run by a fixer it provides no bonuses for looking for gear.
