Overview
Once a small host for insurgent intelligence sharing, this exchange organically matured into a major logistical hub for paramilitary and terrorist cells in Amazonia. This org serves as a clearinghouse for intel and arms for irregular operations across South America, and, increasingly, worldwide. Its success is starting to become visible on a global level. To-date, while member anonymization is of course a given, the host still maintains a short list of "Certified" accounts expanded only on a know-someone-who-knows-someone basis.
