Akaii Ohtori wanders into Seattle, a stowaway running from their life in far away lands. However, they've been more recently cursed with a cloying free spirit that attacks anyone who gets near him. Given the nature of this, he's asked to wander into the forest, paying someone to smuggle him into the SSC. Part way through he meets KE and accidentally ended up killing multiple KE agents.
