Summary and Background

God trembled. Fear. There exists a formidable shadowrunner named Spriggan. For years, she operated in the shadows, working with finesse and precision as she undertook missions. When she eventually became a Finnigan to chase after a friend, she became a combat monster. Her cybernetic enhancements and cutting-edge upgrades earned her the moniker 'Invincible Spriggan'.

However, her allegiance took an unexpected turn when she found herself directly in the employ of Rowena O'Malley, the enigmatic head of the O'Malley syndicate. The transition marked a shift in Spriggan's loyalties, as she became entwined in the complex web of O'Malley family politics.

The precarious balance of power within the O'Malley clan was shattered when Spriggan became the target of an internal coup. The attempt on Spriggan's life was orchestrated by ambitious members of her own family, seeking to erase a bad mistake on the family's name. The intricate plot failed spectacularly, thanks to Spriggan's advanced cybernetic body, which rendered her nearly impervious to harm.

In the aftermath of the failed assassination, chaos erupted within the O'Malley ranks. The repercussions were felt most profoundly by Spriggan's own team, the 'Hounds,' a group of skilled shadowrunners led by Karen 'Sketch' O'Malley. Realizing that her team was in grave danger, Spriggan discarded any notion of loyalty to her employers and embarked on a perilous mission to save the Hounds. In the shadows where alliances were as fickle as the city's ever-changing skyline, Spriggan navigated a treacherous path, leveraging her skills, contacts, and cyber enhancements to secure the safety of those she considered her own.

The culmination of her efforts came to a head on December 28th, 2084. On this fateful night, Spriggan orchestrated a series of high-stakes maneuvers, facing off against rival shadow factions, the O'Malley family, who still sought retribution. The run became a testament to Spriggan's determination and resilience, as she fought tooth and nail to ensure the survival of the Hounds and redeem her shattered sense of loyalty.

That being said, these actions and deeds could not be accomplished alone, and as such, the efforts and valiant team consisting of Red Ribbon, Triage, Trauma, and No Significant Harassment enabled Spriggan and the team to safely exfiltrate the remainder of the Hounds who could not fight for themsevles. Through extreme trial and tribulation the team is able to force their way, but not without the close calls of both Triage and Trauma, who suffered extreme damage, and nearly died.

The Meet

The team met Fushiguro Serno-ii at a bar called the Copper Drake, in Puyallup. Here Serno-ii described the plan for the evening. A dual-strike and feint at the Finnigan Family and O'Malley Syndicate between two teams. Team A would hit a Finnigan camp in Puyallup, and Team B Would hit a Finnigan warehouse in Tacoma. The team, upon realizing that the folks who would be helping them were a part of Pixy Squad, had a moment where they were thinking of backing out. Yet, upon realizing that the run was partially organized by a friend, the team stuck to the message and pushed through. Fushiguro Serno ii, Roberta 'Sulla' Baker, Torau Nolem, and Ulem Borrinea all signed on to help with the run, taking part on the attack on the finnigan warehouse in Tacoma.

The Plan

The team took care in figuring out how to assault the Finnigan base in Puyallup, did a good amount of legwork and scanning. Triage started off by contacting Llewin Val, and having a very frank conversation with her. In ap loy to help Team B with their assault, Llewin was informed of the attack on the Puyallup warehouse. Triage hoped that this would do a part of getting the Finnigans to flock to the warehouse, but an interesting thing occured. Somehow, Llewin already knew partially about an attack. Yet, the firm information of Trauma, who was on the Finnigan Shit-List, embolded both the Finnigans and the O'Malleys.

As well, Trauma contacted Mr. Neil, who agreed to help warn the team of if a major wave of backup was coming.

Next up, the team did some scouting to locate what sort of forces would be waiting them at the base. This revealed mines and many Finnigan members. They planned their attack in three waves;

  1. Primary assault of detonating all the now-runner-controlled mines
