Summary
Background
Elizabeth Babbage has as an idea about how to earn some extra Nooj in addition to her meager G.I. salary: Get a weapons transport involved in an accident, declare the weapons-cargo beyond salvation, divert them before they get scrapped, sell, $ell, $$$$sell$$$$.
The Meet
Wlisabeth invites the runners to a bar outside of the Fort Lewis military base and explain that she needs the convoy of 3 vehicles: two transporters and one troop carrier to be disabled in a non-lethal accident during it's way from the harbor to Fort Lewis. To make it clear: no dead soldiers, and no harm to the shipped merchendise. As the runners accept the task, she offers 30 000 Nuyen or weapons worth the double price. The runners agree and ask for some pre-payment in form of explosives, anti-vehicle rockets, and smoke grenades.
The Plan
The runners have two days to plan the heist and spend the time finding the best ambus site along the transportation route, research how to best diable a roadmaster, and talk about general strategy. This takes less than half a day, and the result is: "Get on a roof-top, shoot the engine blocks of the vehicles and get out of here". The remaining time is spent "investing in future action" (aka. resting).
