An Aztechnology limited corporate sinner, Felis, also known as Arcata Deimos, is a bit of a 'hands in all the pies' kind of person. Tasked with headhunting - but going both ways. She helps find runners for Aztec, and helps find Aztec for the runners. That is to say, she moonlights as a double agent one way, and daylights as a double agent the other.
