Overview

Andy was a runner back in the day, before a run gone wrong led to the loss of half her right wing. Now, as the proud owner of Handy Andy's Personal Protection Yard, she supplies the good people of Ass End with quality weapons, and sometimes even provides insight on good places to use them. She is generally somewhat maternal in how she does business, fussing over the fit of armor and making sure nobody leaves without being given a talking to about safety if they seem too cavalier with any of her weapons. She has sent more than a few wannabe go-gangers home with a lecture on class solidarity and the need to resist the powers keeping the whole community down, and some of them even listened!

That being said, the same motherly little metasapient who lectures young wayward souls will quite happily sell you an anti-vehicle missile if you need one for a run before getting altogether too excited about the new grenade launchers she has in stock. It's a bit disturbing really,
