Overview
Appearing at first to be nothing more than another overpriviledged scion of a wealthy Tír na nÓg elf clan, Tellestra is actually a highly skilled agent and fixer for her family, seeking to forge alliances and manipulate events from behind the scenes while amassing ever more wealth of both nuyen and information. She uses her mastery of the shadows to advance causes that weaken her family's enemies and strengthen the web of favors she is owed from powerful people across the city.
