Overview
Samantha Woods grew up around chop shops her entire life. Her parents ran one and worked closely with various syndicates and gangs.
She picked up her skills quickly, eventually setting up her own shop in Auburn. Slippery Dips is a location where hot cars go to disappear, with tags, identifying marks and blood splatters vanishing.
She can offer you a safe port in a storm, help get the heat off you and hide you if you need to lay low. She'll also take any stolen cars off your hands, but don't expect to get much for them.
