Summary

Elizabeth "Monarch" Zhan is a strikingly beautiful Chinese elf woman standing at average height for her ethnicity, she has an athletic build framed in tastefully chosen clothing, she wears her hair up most of the time, but worn down it is long and straight. She takes time and care of her appearance, and is rarely seen in anything other than an immaculate state. She dresses well for any occasion and function and is capable of dressing to blend in or stand out, whatever is required at the time.

Goals

Get better at what she does. Get enough nuyen together to get some bioware installed. Move into a High lifestyle.

Background

Born in Yau Tsim Mong, Hong Kong to poor parents, Elizabeth Zhan had to make her way from an early age, smart and beautiful she was talented with both people and slipping away unnoticed. careful to play the right people to get what she wanted, keeping herself ahead of her peers falling in with the Triads. Childhood friends died in petty gang fighting over a handful of drugs, where she worked people out of their money willingly or unknowingly. This lasted until she picked the wrong target, a local Triad boss, getting ratted out by a friend she was forced to work for the boss to work off her debt, gaining invaluable skills along the way she built on her expertise of going unseen and liberating people's property, eventually working off her debt. This did not mean however she was free of the Triads, by this point they were her sole contacts for making money, so she stayed willingly and when a large group of Yellow Lotus moved to Seattle she went with them.

Positive

Alibi; For all the years of being in places she shouldn't she has gained a talent for talking her way out with plausible reasons. Agile Defender; She has trained herself to work to her strengths. Bilingual; Growing up in an ex-British Territory means she was brought up with both languages. Jack of All Trades Master of None; She grew up switching between skillsets and applications with no traditional training.

Negative

Alpha Junkie; Monarch is incredibly headstrong and doesn't do well with being told what to do. Code of Honor: Assassin's Creed; While understanding the nature of her work means people will have to die, she doesn't believe that it needs to mean people she isn't paid to kill should die. Social Appearance Anxiety (2); She feels the need to always look immaculate, to look the part, to fit in and not be seen to be less than. Anything other than that makes her deeply uncomfortable.
