“Da-Xia is something of a mob-daughter with a wild streak. I’m talking nova-coke parties, all-night raves, and a fling-string longer than you are tall (Yes, even if you’re a Troll), but this is more useful than you’d think. A woman with her ‘experience’ knows people everywhere in almost every demographic, and despite being Chang Wu’s grand-daughter, she’s willing to work with gwai-lo. If you get to work with her, she can get you places or talking to certain people with relative ease. Just don’t get her in any real trouble, and definitely don’t get caught getting at her hoop, or else Chang Wu will have unpleasant words with you.”
