Overview
Parn Williams wears many hats in the Seattle area; a retired UCAS military man, an owner of a gun range, a member of the Orc Rights Commission, and a fixer for the tasks that require a deniable asset.
His one true vice is he's a family man first and foremost. He'll do whatever to please his wife Mina Williams. He's been known to ask runners to grab some not so accessible items on their runs as gifts for his wife.
