Overview
Julian Cross is one of many club hoppers in Seattle. What separates him from the rest is his connections to various trade groups. He tends to deal with 'lighter' goods such as drugs and clothing though he is not above dealing in weaponry and more dangerous items. For him, these deals are nothing more than a way to make more money.
