Summary
Quanxi finds out that the black chrysanthemum are expanding their operations within Seattle and asks runners for help. The runners merc a BC temple and free kidnapped women.
Background
The Quanxi twins escaped the Triades earlier in the year, and so another triad expanding operations so blatantly near them made them very concerned. Hiring runners was the best option moving forward, even if they couldn't contact Lingchi.
The Meet
The team met Quanxi at their apartment for tea, and to talk about the run. An understanding of the situation led the team to realize that dealing with the black chrysanthemum would be potentially extremely deadly, consequence wise. Yet, they decided to go in on the gig anyway.
The Plan
The street sams would merc the base or vandalize it, while Stacy would head in the day after to gather a potential blood sample from the leader to blackmail or call knight errant with.
