Overview
An Aztechnology limited corporate sinner, Felis, also known as Arcata Deimos, is a bit of a 'hands in all the pies' kind of person. Tasked with headhunting - but going both ways. She's an assistant's assistant's assistant. She helps find runners for Aztec, and helps find Aztec for the runners. That is to say, she moonlights as a double agent one way, and daylights as a double agent the other. Don't trust her, or maybe do. Either way, get in close and she'll keep you closer. She thinks she's a big deal, but she's not. She's playing to win, and winning to lose.
