Description
Elf of nondescript asian origin in his early 30s. Hair is kept slick, black, clean, and combed back. Sports a clean, well-trimmed beard.
His gait and form exude confidence and his mannerisms remain professional. His speech has slight inflections and hints of mandarin and japanese accents, while his word choice and vocabulary implies he's specific and deliberate, erudite and occasionally splotches his statements with jargons - quite common for those with a college education.
His personality tends to be that of a professional. Either Corporate or Political between his multidisciplined, multilingual, multicultural grasp. He prefers to remain impartial and distant with his colleagues and peers, while still honoring standard professional courtesies. Outside of a professional environment, he is a laid-back individual with very little care for others and enjoys basic vices like alcohol and cigars. He can be expected to maintain friendly relationships, but can't be expected to go beyond forming stronger bonds than that, either due to an emotional aversion to relationships or occupational paranoia.

Background
Former Triad and Yakuza mediator, Danny Shen's job is to keep both gangs from going into all-out war and to lay out and grease the details during business deals and political agreements, including intergang, law enforcement and corporate. This job along with his particular set of skills, makes him an instrumental player in gang politics - in other words, a major asset and a prime target from all sides. His handlers consider his work reliable, meticulous and precise.
After a major deal gone wrong, Danny Shen's handlers needed to keep the heat down low, and that meant keeping Danny out of the radar until the coast is clear. With his triad and yakuza contacts severed indefinitely, and his old bank accounts and residence constantly being monitored, Danny decided to start a new life using his talents as a mediator to pay the bills. Buying a fake SIN and adopting the alias 'Traveller' an old nickname he got back in Hong Kong, Danny becomes a shadowrunner for those who can afford his services.
