Jimmy "The Ghoul" Cheng is a common fixture in the Tacoma underworld, while a member of the Triads he is also been known as a point of contact between all the large crime families and various organized crime syndicates. The most obvious thing about Jimmy is the fact that he is a ghoul, a situation no one knows when or how it came to be.
