Overview
Albert Costello is a Psychiatrist who assists veterans with the effects of PTSD and other traumatic responses. His job is a perfect cover for what he really loves to do: give job opportunities to those abandoned by the light of the SINs that they are required to have, and show them how to live in the shadows.
