Early this morning, Knight Errant responded to a call by a guest of Everett's Evergreen Sleep Inn who spotted a mutilated body in a room while the housekeeping drones were attempting to clean the room. The victim, a young ork man, was found restrained and lacerated numerous times.

Knight Errant has not released the identity of the victim, but officials have stated that they've been unable to connect a SIN to their biometrics.

One witness alleges that he filed a noise complaint with the motel's staff and Knight Errant over "loud opera music" coming from the room the night before, but that no one came to investigate it. This would make the fifth recorded murder of a SINless metahuman possibly linked to the so-called "Opera House Slasher."

Evergreen Sleep Inn ownership states that they're taking the incident very seriously, and are willing to assist the authorities however they can.
