Overview

A discharged doctor who turned her fine hand to silk and wool.

Dr. McIntire was once a surgical professional, an expert at the metahuman form and an artist with a needle. After an incident with her superiors, however, the elf was permanently barred from practice in an event she describes as blatant corruption that she was made into the fall guy for. Nevertheless, she perseveres. Following a prior hobby of sewing, she eventually worked up to commercial needlework, as the fine control of a surgeon and familiarity with assistant drones translated well to the intricacies of garments. Nowadays, Sutures runs her own parlor down a flight of stairs downtown, primarily servicing fashionistas and clubbers, but follows roughly the same doctrine she did as a doctor - anyone who walks in that door will walk out in good health and comfort.

GM Notes

• She finds everyone uniquely interesting, and will spend the first several minutes of an introduction picking them apart. Metaphorically. Usually.
• Seems to view most things as art-forms, and herself as Da Vinci.
• Voice like a dead cat. Dry, a little grating, always bearing a bit of fang - she knows how to do her job, so hold still and let her work.

Doing so provides a +2 to any rolls she makes during that meet - she’s invested now, and willing to work a little harder for someone with such interesting things to tell her.
